That is some very expansive midrash on your part to make a point, although it is a fine one I guess. Maybe I’ll see you this morning. The first time Hagar flees from Abraham and Sarah the angel asks her these questions about going and coming (that falls in parashat Lech Lecha) but I used the parallel in the story in Vayera to bring it it.
